  • Does the rate include everything?
    Yes, the rates we provide you are inclusive of all taxes and transfer charges.
  • How does the booking process work?
    When we received your enquiry, we will offer the best options available based on the information you provide us. Once you have selected the resort of your choice, we will proceed to Step 1 STEP 1 You will need to share passport copies of all guests for our Sales Team to verify name, birthday and Nationality as per the passport. Note that this information is required by the resort to confirm booking. STEP 2 Our Sales Team will be sending the details to the resort for the reservation request and will check with the resort for availability of the requested room. Please note that this may take 1-3 working days and is subject to additional delays if the request is sent before a weekend. STEP 3 When the resort confirms the availability and tentative reservation, we will send you a secure payment link via email. You would need to make payment within the specified time frame in order to secure the booking for the requested dates. STEP 4 When we have received your payment, we will provide you with confirmation of booking and issue an eVoucher. This voucher will have all the required details for your booking.
  • How can I make the payment?
    We work with Bank of Maldives to provide a secure online payment solution for our clients. For each booking, we will be providing you with a secure payment link via the email you have provided. You will be able to enter the card details and book your holiday using a debit or credit card.
  • Is the payment secure?
    Yes, our payment gateway is the only 3D secure payment gateway in Maldives – Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey.
